MyPeri Café – Reservation Policy

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please take note of the following reservation terms:

Confirmation & Availability
All reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a reply message from us thru WhatsApp.

Deposit Requirement
A deposit of RM50 is required to secure your booking.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of no-shows or late cancellations.

Holding Time
Tables will be held for up to 30 minutes after your reserved time.
After this period, your reservation may be canceled and the table released to other guests.

Guest Count
Please include the total number of guests, including children, when making a reservation.

Special Requests
Any special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Dining Duration
Reserved tables are available for a maximum of 2 hours per booking.

Contact Information
Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact details to ensure effective communication regarding the reservation.

Right to Refuse or Cancel
MyPeri Cafe reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who violate this reservation policy.
We also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. Guests will be notified promptly in such cases.
